We want you to be completely satisfied with your tea purchase, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Verify Condition
Ensure that all tea caddies, cartons, and gift sets remain in their original heat-shrunk wrapping or factory-sealed condition to qualify for a return.
Package Securely
Place the items back in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage to the decorative tins during transit.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
